BERRY PICKING IS DONE FOR THE SEASON! THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO CAME OUT AND MADE THIS A GREAT PICKING YEAR. FLOWERS CONTINUE NOW THROUGH THE END OF OCTOBER.

Dahlias in bloom by mid-June. Select summer sunflowers in bloom now.
Appointments for flower picking can be booked via our booking website. As always, you must have an appointment to visit the farm for flower picking. This helps us make sure everyone's experience is fun & enjoyable.
BERRY PICKING IN JUNE 2024
Blueberries are starting to turn as of June 5th. Waiting for the crop to be large enough to publish picking passes! Blackberries are still at least a week out.
This year we are selling a select number of Berry Picking Passes via our online farm store. Each member in your party must have a Picking Pass to enter the berry patch. Passes are $5/person ages 3 and up. You Pick berries are sold by the bucket: 1/2 gal @$24, full gal @$44. We grow certified naturally grown blueberries and blackberries for YOU PICK at McLawland Farms. After berry picking, you are invited to stay and pick flowers if you would like. No additional appointment is needed.

Please wear shoes & socks above the ankles as a precaution against ants.
Hats, sunscreen, and a water bottle are great items to also bring.
Kindly leave all pets at home.

We are excited to welcome you to our farm. As a visitor, you will be participating in one or more agritourism activities. An agritourism activity is any activity carried out on a farm or ranch that allows members of the general public, for recreational, entertainment, or educational purposes, to view or enjoy rural activities, including farming, ranching, historic, cultural, harvest-your-own activities, or natural activities and attractions. An activity is an agritourism activity whether or not the participant paid to participate in the activity.
WARNING NOTICE
Under North Carolina law, there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.
